Returns & Refund Policy
At Creative Cat, every product is made especially for you after you place your order. Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve your claim quickly, please email padmajamadhavarapu9@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A continuous video recording of the package being opened (unboxing video) showing the condition of the package and product
The unboxing video is required for all damage or defect claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
As all Creative Cat products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product selection
- Accidental orders
- Minor variations in color due to different monitor or device settings
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your claim is not approved, we will explain the reason for our decision.
