Creative Cat is an online print-on-demand store offering custom-designed journals, stationery, artwork, and lifestyle products. All products are manufactured only after an order is placed.

2. Products

Every product is made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, print placement, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

We make every effort to display product images accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Creative Cat reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our production workflow and generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

Creative Cat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Shipping

Orders are produced after purchase and shipped through our manufacturing and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Creative Cat is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

As all products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements are only provided if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The wrong product is received.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To report a damaged item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Clear photographs of the product
• A continuous video showing the unopened package being opened and the damage or defect

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Each claim is reviewed individually.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, branding, product images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Creative Cat unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Creative Cat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
